Quartz System

ECS Quartz system is one of our most common and durable flooring systems for heavy traffic areas. Nearly customizable quartz-based sand with colors of choice broadcasted to form a heavy-duty fine texture-based surface. A process consists of preparation for flooring (diamond grind, crack, joint repair, debris cleaning, denatured alcohol cleaning). Self-leveling epoxy prime coat (moisture/dust barrier for fair-poor grade concrete). Base coat, 100% solids self-leveling two-component catalyzed solid color epoxy. Quartz, broadcasted into the base coat provides additional durability, and texture, and gives your floor the quartz blend of choice look. All excess quartz is then vacuumed ensuring a leveled fine textured grit-based finish. Lastly, we seal and protect with a 100% solids self-leveling UV-resistant non-yellow polyaspartic high-gloss top coat. Our quartz system is an anti-slip system meaning that no additional anti-slip additives are required.
